Planned Giving:
Please remember S.T.A.R.T, Save the Animal Rescue Team in your will and estate planning!
Planned Giving is way to leave a “Gift for the Animals” cared for by S.T.A.R.T. a lasting contribution without impacting your current financial security. Legacy gifts offer a way to ensure the future of S.T.A.R.T and ensure our mission of saving homeless, injured and abused animals and other programs continue to thrive, now and well into the future.
These gifts include a bequest in a will or living trust naming S.T.A.R.T which is the simplest way to make a gift. Other ways to leave a “Gift for the Animals” is to establish a charitable trust, donating a portion of your estate or name S.T.A.R.T. as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy, IRA or pension plan.
For information on how to make a bequest in your will or living trust contact your attorney. To name S.T.A.R.T. as a beneficiary contact your financial advisor, employer or life insurance carrier.
Please know that your gift will be put to good use, alleviating the plight of thousands of homeless and abandoned animals, preventing cruelty, promoting spay/neuter, TNR to reduce overpopulation and educate teaching respect for all animals and the environment we share.

Memorial Gifts:
Naming S.T.A.R.T, Save the Animal Rescue Team to receive donations in lieu of flowers is a wonderful way to honor the memory of a relative or friend. A special acknowledgment will be sent to the family of the person memorialized.
Workplace Giving:
Our Donors are encouraged to investigate the availability of any “Matching Employee Gift Program” with their employer. Your company may support local charities through a matching employee gift program, thousands of companies match any money raised or donated by an employee to non-profits which can double your donation!! Contact your employer and ask if they will match your charitable gift. S.T.A.R.T, Save the Animal Rescue Team will be happy to complete any necessary paperwork. Be sure to contact your employer and its human resources department to verify their matching gifts policies and to obtain a form, your donation can be doubled!

Special Occasions – Birthdays - Weddings
Wedding Favors: In lieu of traditional wedding favors, place a card on your guests table indicating that you have made a gift in honor of your special day to S.T.A.R.T, Save the Animals Rescue Team.
Birthdays – have everyone bring a gift or make a donation to an animal in need
