ADOPTION PROCESS: S.T.A.R.T, asks many questions throughout the process of our adoption, we speak for our foster animals and make every effort to match our animals to the right home and environment.  S.T.A.R.T. is an all foster network, our animals live in our homes, allowing us to know the personalities and behavior of these animals.  We hope to place our foster animals in a home that matches their needs and your expectations. Let us help you find the right match for your household.

S.T.A.R.T. reserves the right to refuse or deny an adoption for any reason they see fit and appropriate.
