Lebrea found a forever home!!
Once Lebrea "Abbey" my 15 year old daughter came up with that one, is now the Alpha female in the household. She and Hunter, our 19lb male also black and white with great features are inseparable. He jumps on her and rolls her into a ball but will not draw claws on her - she escapes and nips at him and she chases him all over the house. Unfortunately - it is first thing in the morning and it sounds like a herd of cattle going through the house. Hunter is 6 and has not had this much fun in his entire life - the other girls won't play with him. She tries to "mess" with the other 2 girls but they don't want to have anything to do with her - she doesn't care because she has Hunter wrapped around her little paw. Abbey has her bowl downstairs with the rest and basically (like I said) has take over the household. She needs to understand that the transition from carpeting to hardwood flooring can be dangerous as she continues to plow into the hallway closet doing 90mph. Abbey is GREAT - her personality is unbelievable and she has taken to everyone (although she seems to run to me whenever she feels "unsure" of anything. She also needs to know that sleeping on my head is okay provided she leaves room for me to breath. We tried to get pictures yesterday because she was at "war" with Hunter. At one point, they stopped sparring and they were rubbing heads - fell onto the floor and she curled up next to him. You couldn't tell where one cat ended and the other began - BUT - by the time we crossed over the pile to get the camera, the battle re-engaged. I will try to get some this week and send them on. We couldn't have gotten luckier and greatly appreciate you allowing the family to have Abbey "adopt" us.
Thanks The Dieffenbach Family
